Documentary Movie – Escadas para uma casa no ar

The Associação Fazendo screens in the framework of the III Human Rights Week the documentary Escadas para uma casa no ar – “Stairs to a house in the air”, by Bruno Correia, produced by RTP Açores. The screening of the movie in the library will be followed by a conversation with the director.
“Stairs to a House in the Air” tells the story of a Colombian carpenter who comes to the Azores to help a friend beaten by life return from Venezuela and finds his new home here. Living on a ruined boat, she struggles to give them both back the dignity of life. But a few steps still separate these two worlds.
