Hugo Duarte and Rui Rodrigues, Hugo & Rui play a Portuguese repertoire of various styles and eras of Pop and Rock in the Public Library of Horta. In 2002 the artists formed the duo “Hugo&Rui”, made up of a synthesizer/piano, guitar and vocals to perform in small venues.
