You can find on Faial most goods of daily necessity, but keep in mind that we are on a remote island and supply ships arrive about once a week. The supermarkets and grocery stores are open all days of the week, in the summer usually from 9:00 to 21:00. Smaller shops are closed for a lunchbreak and on the weekend.
